VemCampus does not take payments yet: every course currently available is free. This policy will apply from the day paid courses open, and will be confirmed on this page before then.
Proposed policy for paid courses (not yet in force)
- Change of mind: a full refund if you ask within 7 days of buying and have completed less than 20% of the course.
- Course not as described, or not working: tell us what is wrong; if we cannot fix it within 14 days, we refund you in full.
- After a certificate is issued: no refund, because the course has been completed.
- Institution and group places: refunds follow the agreement signed with the institution.
- How refunds are paid: to the same payment method you used, within 14 days of our agreeing the refund.
How to ask
Write to mail@virtualmindshub.com with the course name and the email address of your Vem-Portal account. We reply within 5 working days.
